Shipping Policy
Delivery is free on orders of $125 CAD or more, before taxes. For orders under $125 CAD, shipping charges apply.
Please allow 3 to 10 business days to receive your order. If a product requires additional time due to availability, we will notify you by email of the possible delay.
* Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
MODIFICATION – CANCELLATION – RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to modify, cancel, return or exchange an order placed on our site www.visajboutique.com , please contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization and all necessary information regarding the process of returning your item. Please make sure you have your order number handy to help process your request.
Please note that no returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Refund Policy
To obtain a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and you have 14 days to submit your refund request.
In addition, the return must be previously approved by our customer service at info@visajboutique.com .
Please note that return costs will be your responsibility.
Damaged product
When you receive your order, we ask that you please inspect the package for any possible damage that may have occurred during transport. It is normal for the outer packaging to show some wear.
However, if you notice damage to the items contained in your order, please contact us by email at info@visajboutique.com within 48 hours after receipt of your package.
To facilitate the processing of your request, please provide the following information:
- The transaction number.
- A photo of the damaged product.
Unfortunately, without this information we will not be able to process a refund or exchange request. Please do not throw away the product(s) as a return may be required.
In case of allergic reaction
We recognize that each skin is unique and allergic reactions can occur. We undertake to refund or credit the product that triggered the allergic reaction. It is important to report your reaction within 72 hours of its onset.
To process your claim regarding an allergic reaction, we ask that you provide a letter from your doctor, photos of the reaction as well as the product itself, including the lot number (usually located on the bottom of the product). These elements will allow us to confirm that the reaction was caused by one of our products. Please note that without this information we will not be able to process your refund or exchange request. Please do not throw away the product(s) as a return may be necessary.
It is important to emphasize that all instructions, ingredients, reviews and suggestions regarding our products are provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have concerns about the safety of certain ingredients, we encourage you to contact your doctor or contact us for more information.
